Mother Shrub Salted Honey Shrub

Made with AR’s Wildflower Honey, Virginia-made organic raw apple cider vinegar and just a touch of Appalachian Mountain sea salt from J.Q.Dickinson Salt-Works. Mix with gin or vodka, club soda and top with a big squeeze of lemon. Drizzle over pound cake and ice cream with a sprinkle of finishing salt. Or add a shot to a glass of still or sparkling water to quench your thirst after a workout.
Classic Cocktail - Mix 1/2 - 1 oz shrub, 1 1/2 - 2 oz spirits. Top with 3 oz seltzer. Refreshing Soda - Add 1/2 - 1 oz shrub to 4 - 6 oz seltzer. Serve over ice. Adjust to taste. Pairs well with gin, rum, tequila, bourbon, vodka, rye, bubbly...
